The paper hopes to provide the reader with a clear overview of the current situation regarding funding for climate adaptation programming and and policy in Nepal. It focuses mainly at the national level, though is cognisant of the great bearing that deicison making and action at the international level has, particularly on Least Developed Countries (LCDs).
