Evidence and Lessons from Latin America (ELLA) Learning Alliances work through an interactive online platform with a learning space and a dedicated networking space, email updates, and a first-hand visit to Latin America for the most active and engaged contributors. Participation is free of charge, although there are limited seats. The Alliance will commence in mid-January of 2013.
