International Recovery Platform has developed a Guidance Note on Recovery focusing on Climate Change Adaptation in the post-disaster recovery process. This was developed by the IRP partners, in consultation with 40 national governments. The product was released recently in 2011. The guidance notes explain, through cases, how different governments and organizations have integrated climate change projections to the recovery, ensuring that the recovery is resilient to future impacts of climate change.
