The workshop was held on October 4th 2014 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by Climate Action Network South Asia (CANSA) and partner networks of Southern Voice on Adaptation (SV-Adapt), as a back-to-back event with the 4th Asia-Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Forum. The workshop provided a platform for partner networks to interact with other members of SV-Adapt as well as interact with Members of the Advisory Board. The discussions at the workshop incorporated the tools developed for pro-poor adaptation policies, how the Joint Principles on Adaptation (JPA) can be promoted among policy makers and the challenges faced by the networks when advocating for incorporating JPA into national policies on adaptation.
