This advanced course is designed for staff that are either managing or coordinating M&E in projects/ programmes, trying to improve and enhance current M&E systems, and/or supporting partners to develop and implement effective M&E, but wish to sharpen and build on those skills, particularly in the realm of monitoring social and policy changes as well as institutionalising organisational learning.
