Project

The TA will (i) develop of detailed NTP action plans by the target ministries, province, and cities; (ii) strengthen institutional capacity of key agencies within government, research institutes, and the private sector in planning and designing climate change responses; (iii) design and implement a community awareness campaign; and (iv) develop pilot projects to help reduce GHG emissions and optimize adaptation responses to climate risks.
