Improved ability and resilience of Pacific Developing Member Countries (DMCs) to prepare for, and respond to, the challenges posed by climate change impacts through undertaking adaptation and mitigation measures. This Technical Assistance will facilitate the development of adequate climate change adaptation and mitigation plans among the Pacific DMCs, and where possible, build on and/or complement existing national adaptation plans of action and climate change strategies.
