Project

The coastline of Bangladesh is particularly vulnerable to the sea level rise. The tropical cyclones, which strike the coastal areas periodically, lead to loss of life and property  besides harming the ecosystem. A combination of participatory approaches and scientific tools and data was adopted in the NCAP Bangladesh project to develop a sustainable livelihood framework for understanding the local vulnerability issues.
