Description of Intervention
• Strengthening of DRM capacities in the Punakha-Wangdi and Chamkhar Valleys;
• Implementation of artificial lowering of Thorthormi Lake waters; and
• Installation of an early warning system for the Punakha-Wangdi Valley.
