This online course aims to improve a participant’s understanding of climate change policy frameworks by teaching the science, causes and impacts of climate change, the history of the policy making process as well as the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) framework. This course will also enable participants to learn about the key issues in the ongoing international climate change negotiations, and ways to move forward from the outcomes of COP18
