This policy brief analyzes the broad trends on climate change adaptation in the agriculture sector in Southeast Asia. It highlights the adaptation process framework of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) that includes: 1) assessment of impacts, risk, and vulnerability; 2) planning of adaptation action for climate change; 3) implementation of CCA; and 4) monitoring and evaluation.
