The workshop on community-based adaptation (CBA) to climate change is a community-led process based on the needs, priorities, knowledge and capacities of the community in order to help empower people to plan for and cope with impacts of climate change. The purpose of the meeting was to inform the design of an open source M&E methodology for local and community-based adaptation that can be used by planners, practitioners, and researchers across the field.
