Pioneering LAPAs as a community-led solution to climate change challenges in Pakistan

The Leadership for Environment and Development (LEAD) Pakistan has developed two local adaptation plans of action (LAPAs) for two districts in Pakistan – Muzaffargarh and Thatta – under its Climate Leadership for Effective Adaptation and Resilience (CLEAR) project. This aims to facilitate poor and vulnerable communities in adapting to adverse impacts of climate change in the country.
