"Rouse and guide the spirit and wisdom of groups"

What is this course about?
Training takes people away from their work with the aim that they will be more effective upon their return. Much of training is ineffective, a waste of time and money because there are no clear learning objectives linked to job practicalities. Training should transfer both skills and conviction, and ensure that the learners return to an environment that supports new behaviours. If approached from this holistic perspective, training can be a powerful tool to boost the performance of your team, organisation or project. Training needs to be carefully designed and delivered in order to be really effective. Training sessions need to be engaging, relevant, practical and structured to achieve long-term assimilation of learning and sustained behaviour change.

Professionals or technical staff involved in training programmes and workshops in projects and organizations; teachers or staff members at a (higher) education institutions or training centers evolving towards a more student-centered learning style.

This course enables to develop yourself as a trainer and enhances your understanding with the latest insights into learning theories. Practice your skills adequately in identifying needs, designing training sessions and choosing methods accordingly, implementation and evaluation of your training.
